Benchmark Data Inc. Data Sharing Agreement
Effective Date: September 9th, 2024

1. Purpose
   This agreement sets forth the conditions under which Benchmark Data Inc. handles, shares, and secures client data.

2. Data Ownership and Confidentiality
   All data uploaded to Benchmark’s platform by clients remains the sole property of the client. Benchmark will not share, disclose, or sell any client data to third parties, except as required to provide services (e.g., integration partners bound by confidentiality) or as required by law.

3. Limited Third-Party Access
   Benchmark works with trusted third-party service providers only when necessary to support the platform’s functionality. These providers are bound by strict confidentiality agreements and are only permitted to use client data for the purposes outlined in this agreement.

4. No Unauthorized Access
Benchmark will take all necessary precautions to prevent unauthorized access to client data. Benchmark employees or agents may access data only to provide technical support, upon client request, or for security purposes.
