Benchmark Data Inc. Data Retention Agreement

Purpose of Data Retention
The data retention policy outlines how Benchmark Data Inc. retains, archives, and deletes client data to support data continuity while respecting client preferences.Retention Period
- Active Clients: Client data is retained indefinitely to provide continuity and enhance AI and machine learning capabilities.
- Terminated Accounts: Upon account termination, Benchmark will delete all client data within 30 days unless otherwise requested by the client in writing.
Optional Extended Data Retention
- Clients may request an extended data retention period upon termination at no additional cost for up to one year’s data history.
- Beyond the default retention period, additional years of historical data can be preserved or reloaded for a $500 fee per year.
Security and Deletion
- Deleted data is permanently erased from Benchmark’s servers and is unrecoverable after the deletion process is completed.
- Benchmark ensures that data deletion is carried out promptly and in compliance with industry-standard security protocols.
